Purpose and legal basis. We use inquiry information to reply and take the steps you requested before entering into a contract for a stay. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. An inquiry does not reserve a stay or hold dates. We do not use inquiry data for marketing.
Information and form. An email address is required to submit an inquiry; providing your name is optional. We also process the information about your planned stay that you include in the inquiry. We handle inquiries through the website and may continue the conversation manually by phone or email.
Service providers. Hostinger provides this website’s hosting. The selected hosting location is Lithuania and the backup location is France. Hostinger and the providers it uses to deliver hosting may process data handled through the website as needed to provide that service. We also use email services to receive and handle messages about inquiries; the relevant email service provider and its subprocessors may process message data as needed to provide that service.
Possible transfers outside the EEA. Hostinger’s processing terms contemplate possible processing outside the EEA. If data covered by those terms is transferred to a country without an EU adequacy decision, Hostinger’s DPA provides for EU Standard Contractual Clauses unless another recognized lawful transfer mechanism applies. The Hostinger DPA explains the terms and access to the clauses. This describes Hostinger’s hosting terms; it identifies no particular transfer or destination country.
Retention. We keep stay-inquiry data for no longer than 12 months after the last contact in the same matter. You may request earlier erasure where the GDPR conditions apply. Booking records are subject to separate requirements.
Your rights and complaints. You may request access to and correction of your personal data and, where GDPR conditions apply, erasure or restriction of processing. Data portability applies within the GDPR’s conditions. For rights requests, contact k.rusiecki@interia.pl. Automated decisions. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, when handling stay inquiries.
